You don't need to fly to Saigon to see a show flat or a construction site. I take you through it on a live video call, answer questions on the spot and send you the recording afterwards.

How it works

Three simple steps

1. Pick a time

Choose a 30-minute slot on my booking page. Times are shown automatically in your own time zone.

2. Short call to plan

I confirm by WhatsApp or email, ask what you want to see (unit type, view, facilities, the drive to work) and prepare the documents.

3. Live tour

We meet on Google Meet, WhatsApp, Zalo, LINE or KakaoTalk video. I walk the show flat or site with a stabilised camera and share my screen for floor plans and price sheets.

What you will see

  • Show flat or completed apartment: layout, finishes, ceiling height, light, views
  • Construction site and surroundings: noise, traffic, neighbours
  • Real drive times to the office, VSIP or the airport at peak hours
  • Nearby shops, schools, hospitals and parks

What you will receive

  • The video recording of the tour
  • Floor plan and price guide of the units we viewed
  • A short written summary: strengths and what to weigh up
