International property through the IQI network
I lived in Kuala Lumpur for nearly eight years and moved home six times there, so I know what it is like to choose a property in a country whose rules and language are not your own. With IQI's international team I advise on homes across seven markets — including, for Vietnamese buyers, property abroad, and for international buyers, markets you may already know better than Vietnam.
Prices below are indicative, converted from IQI OPI listings for reference only. They are not quotes and they move with exchange rates and each project's release schedule.
Every market has its own rules for foreign buyers — approval requirements, ownership structures, financing access and tax. The one-line notes under each country are orientation, not advice. Before committing anywhere, take local legal and tax advice in that country.

Detailed pages for each project are currently in Vietnamese. If you would like any of them in English — the full factsheet, floor plans, payment schedule and the rules that apply to foreign buyers in that country — tell me which project and I will prepare it for you.
I will also say plainly when a market or a project does not suit what you are trying to do. Buying abroad goes wrong far more often through the wrong structure than the wrong building.
A Vietnamese version of this page, with full project details, is at tuanhbds.com/quoc-te/.
